Refund policy

📦 Return & Refund Eligibility

You can request a return, refund, or replacement under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Broken Products

If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective, please submit a clear photo or video of the product within days of delivery.

We’ll offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit as appropriate.

2. Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong product, color, or size, provide a photo showing the item and the packaging label within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

3. Package Not Received

If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package:

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We’ll initiate an investigation and may offer reshipment or a refund if confirmed undelivered.

If your order is delayed and not delivered within 60 days (or 30 days for U.S. orders), you’re eligible for a full refund.


❌ Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

We do not accept disputes or returns for the following cases:

The buyer changed their mind or ordered the wrong item

The incorrect shipping address was provided

Slight color/size variations due to monitor differences or manual measurement

Orders are delayed due to uncontrollable factors (weather, customs, etc.), but still within the delivery window


🔁 Return Instructions

Returns are only accepted after approval. Please contact us first before sending anything back.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.


📝 How to Open a Dispute

Contact our support team at Sales@advancedmodern.net within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Order number
Photos/videos of the issue
Clear description of the problem
Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours and offer a fair resolution.


🚚 Delivery Time Policy

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Orders not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time (30–60 days, depending on country) may be eligible for a refund upon request.
